There are not many side effects noted with the use of Gentamicin nasal irrigation. Only thing you notice after using the spray is nasal irritation or the stinging sensation which will disappear after few minutes.
Nasal irrigation with Gentamicin solution can be done up to 2 times a day, or as
directed by your health care team and usually for 10 days.
As the medicine do not get absorbed into the body, the side-effects of the same are minimal.
