Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have gone through your query.
You don't need to worry.Considering the fact that the maximal therapeutic dose of Lisinopril is 80 mg a day , taking 40 mg of it won't have any serious consequence.
The only thing that can happen ,(if you took 2 doses of Lisinopril) is that your blood pressure might be a bit lower than normal. This won't cause any major problem but if you start to have symptoms of low blood pressure ,just lie down and elevate your legs until you feel better.

Hope it helps,

Kind regards,
