Brief Answer:
keep the baby under strict observation for next 12 hrs at least..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your question and understand your concern for your baby..

First of all please do not panic, but you should note that, Sinarest (Syp/oral/nasal drops) is not recommended to be given in a 6month 2days old baby without proper examination by the pediatrician..

Now the dosage for this is 0.2ml three to four times a day, so altogether 0.8 ml..

So if you've given her 0.8 ml at one time only, then hold the further dosage..

Keep her under strict observation, and if you notice sudden irritability, excessive drowsiness, excessive crying, grunting noise from mouth/nose, any breathing difficulty or excessive breathing than usual- then you must take her to your nearest ER/ children's hospital without any further delay..

Don't let the baby lying down straight, keep her propped up with manual help or pillows..

Keep the baby under strict observation for next 12 hrs at least.. starting from now, first 6 hrs most important, followed by another 12-18 hrs..and be vigilant for those warning signs and symptoms..

Do not worry, but from next time please consult a Pediatrician before giving any medications to such age group of children..

Let me know if there's any further queries
