Question: What are the possible reasons of extreme fatigue without any genuine reasons? Given that basic factors like sugar, haemogolobin, lipid profile, Thyroid hormones, urine etc is all fine.

1. Last couple of months. 2. Recently a case of meniscus degeneration has been discovered for which I am taking CCM (Calcium and Vit D3) and Diacerin. 4. I am a chronic PCOS case consuming Diane 35 for last 12 yrs. 6. No headache

Dear Friend,
In your case it seems you have chronic fatigue due to PCOS.
Another common reason for that is vitamin D3 deficiency. You are already taking supplements for that.
Once your PCOS gets in control, you would get better. Actually PCOS itself and hormonal preparations taken for treatment can cause such fatigues.
I don't know why you have skipped the answer of my question no.3 , if in case you have anxiety or depression, that becomes the foremost important cause of such fatigue.
I would also recommend you to take a supplementation like Levocarnitine and Vitamin E for a few months.

ok...I missed Q3 by mistake. I usually sleep well when I am too tired. Besides usual worries that everyone has, I don't have any anxiety or depression. Sometimes I feel too sleepy if I am tired, my body then demands atleast 8 hrs sleep if not more.
