What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking Oral Contraceptive Pills?
Question: My hubby took postpone 72 ,single dose oral contrceptive , levonorgesterol 1.5mg on the 9th day of her cycle , she started bleeding on the 15th day , which lasted for 5 days . That is till yesterday , 20 th day . Is it safe to have sex today without getting pregnant ?
Sir , please help me , we are in homeymoon , I don't want to use a condom for today , as it irritates her vagina , please help with your answer , thankyou .

From details given in your query I understand that this is the first day after her period conpletion , That is 6th day of cycle , so it is safe to have unprotected sex . you can have unprotected sex outside the 10th -19th day of her cycle without fear of pregnancy. My wife has regular periods of 30 days .
As per schedule she had her regular peroid on XXXXXXX 24 th . After taking the contrcetive pill on the July 2nd , she had bleeding between july 7th to July 12th .
Should we consider this as a regular early period or inter-period menstruation .
When will the regular period come for her ?
Will her next period be regular ?

So after your honeymoon she might ovulate erratically and thus will be at risk if conception.
So she should better start oral pills so as to ensure that you guys are free from anxiety of pregnancy and also there occurs cycle regularisation as taking ipill every now and then is not a good practice.
