Answered by Dr. Dalia Muraleedharan (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Antibiotics based on sensitivity

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
thanks for writing..

Get a vaginal swab and based on its sensitivity, take the antibiotics.. You can use antibacterial soap for taking bath but avoid excessive use of soap in the vaginal area.. Instead use V wash to wash the genital area twice daily.. No, douching shouldnot be done, it accelerates infection and also kills normal vaginal flora..

Hope i have answered your query.. good day..
