What Are The Chances Of HIV Transmission After Non Penetrative Sex?

Question: Dear doc,
I am embarrassed and ashamed and I promised myself and you that no more sexual activity outside my marriage. But I got drunk at a party and couldn't control myself. I am feeling so heavy and guilty. But please do help me here.
This happened on 21st nov.
I met with an Asian escort in uae !! I decided not to have penetrative sex of any kind. So once we were on the bed I put on the condom for girl to perform oral sex. After a little Oral we both kissed and were rubbing over and each other's body. It was followed by me kissing the girls breasts and my penis may have touched or was moving over and around her vagina area. But in between I believe for a 30 second period the condom slipped. And once I knew i again put a new condom on and continued for a little while. And also did a little fingering and masturbation on the girl. And when we were done I wahsed my hands and then removed the condom of. Later after the meeting I asked the girl about her status. And her last known status is hiv negative as of August 2014. And I can say for sure because she got uae work permit in August and to get UAE work permit u have to pass medical test for hiv !!
So my question is that during the slip of condom I am not sure if my penis touched the girls vagina or was exposed to any vaginal fluid which I believe was not present. But I am so worried. So with my exposure am I at any kind of risk of HIV

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question. I am Dr Matin, answering your queries.

First of all, it is not proper to pity on yourself. After all to err is human and we all learn from our mistakes. So it is high time you come out of this mode and see the things in correct perspective.

Now on your question: The estimated per-act risk for acquisition of HIV from unprotected (including condom "slip-outs") insertive penile-vaginal sex with a partner confirmed to be HIV positive is 5 per 10,000 exposures.

Your estimated risk is negligible because we know for sure the status of your partner (negative) and the genital contact was very brief at best.

Another fact is that you need to labor hard to acquire this disease from somebody who is a HIV + person (sex/blood/needles ) and hence the name' Acquired is prefixed ' in its name (AIDS) and is not that easily transmissible like other contagious /infectious diseases.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Almost zero risk

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your response.
In science nothing is absolute and so negligible does not mean zero but in your scenario your acquisition of HIV is very unlikely and risk may be considered to be almost zero . For me you don't need further testing.
Hope it helps.
