Cold feet can be from many different causes. For some patients, it is something normal and does not necessarily indicate any medical condition. In some cases, an underlying condition is likely.
In your case, due to a previous history with Graves disease, if you have not checked the TSH level in the last year, It may be a good idea to do so. Sometimes treatment for Graves disease may destroy a lot of thyroid tissue and cause low thyroid function- hypothyroidism. I would advise you to have TSH and FT4 checked to rule out this, in case you have not had them done in the last 6-12 months.

Other causes may be from peripheral nerves and blood vessels. It may be good to have CBC and sugar levels checked as well, if not checked in the last few months. This will rule out anemia and diabetes.

If you get leg pain that is worse with walking but ceases when quickly you rest, then an examination of the peripheral arteries to rule out atherosclerosis plaques and blockages might be indicated.

There are other rare conditions as well and if you have joint pains or you feel your hands are cold as well, then Reynold syndrome can be a cause and in this case, specific tests are needed to rule out autoimmune conditions.

It is good to have a thorough general physical examination, a metabolic profile (liver function, kidney function, lipids, etc) and heart examination, to make sure that you are generally healthy.
