As a physician, I get to see similar HIV anxious patients often at my clinic. From my experience I shall say your chances of HIV are exceedingly low. I shall even commit to say that they are in astronomical figures.
However since you haven't been convinced with numerous replies from this website, I am not very sure if I can convince you either. In such circumstances, I suggest you to go for tests. As its about 3 weeks since the exposure, you can go for either HIV DNA PCR test or P24 antigen combo test. Both these tests are highly sensitive and is sufficient proof about the negative status.
Needless to say, the additional symptoms including lymph node swelling that followed are due to "NON HIV infection". You should soon recover from it.
