Brief Answer:
pelnty of water, nothing to worry if urine is ok

Detailed Answer:
WELCOME to the forum.
After ESWL, the stone fragments migrate down the ureter.
So when you do the scan, it may appear as prominent pelvi-calyceal system.
Please follow your doctors advice on the medicines. Do take plenty of water.
Follow up your doctor regularly,
Best regards
