Brief Answer:
Sbout high TSH;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The hormonal report you attached is sugestive for hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid.
In most of the cases it is caused by an autoimmune disease; Hashimoto thyroiditis, it means that your body produces antibodies that destroy the thyroid gland causing an underactive thyroid.
It is confirmed by checking the antibodies.
It is a chronic pathology so you need to check the thyroid function once in 6 months.
The treatment consists in taking thyroid hormones orally to substitude the thyroid function.
Usually we start the hormone ( levothyroxine) when TSH is over 10 or when it is 5.5-10 mui/ ml and you have symptoms of hypothyroidism ( impotence, constipation, wheit gain ect).
So check the thyroid antibodies to confirm the autoimmune pathology and keep monitoring once in 6 months the thyroid hormones if you do not have symptoms of hypothyroidism actually.
There is no treatment for the antibodies.
Hope the information will help.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta

Brief Answer:
Yes, check the antibodies;

Detailed Answer:
Hi again!
You need to check the antibodies ( AntiTPo and AntiTg) to confirm the autoimmune pathology.
Do not hesitate to attach the result.
