3. Any history of injury or trauma to the jaw or head and neck region?
4. Is there is significant past history of systemic disease like Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid disorder, etc. ?
5. Any other associated features like pain, difficulty in jaw movements, numbness, dizziness, visual disturbances, nausea, difficulty in hearing, discharge from ear, etc.?
6. Any history of prolonged intake of certain medications?
