Brief Answer:
Depends on severity of withdrawal symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.

Withdrawal symptoms from codeine are mainly pain in body, diarrhea, tremors, disturbed sleep, excessive sweating and yawning and restlessness.

The duration for which withdrawal symptoms lasts varies from person to person. Usually, it takes 2-4 weeks.

The treatment is mainly to manage these symptoms with other medicines which are relatively safe like diclofenac, amitriptyline, Clonazepam (prescription drugs). With the help of these medicines, the person can successfully stop codeine.

The treatment can be OPD-based or inpatient treatment, depending on the severity of withdrawal symptoms.
And thus, the cost varies accordingly.

I would suggest you to consult your local psychiatrist for proper treatment.

If you have doubts, feel free to ask further.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Raised triglycerides and blood sugar levels.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear XXXX,
I have gone through your reports.

The triglyceride and blood sugar levels are significantly raised.
In my opinion, you need drug treatment for these two conditions as well.
Drugs like atorvastatin for increased lipids and metformin for raised blood sugar levels will help.

You have to avoid fatty and sugar rich foods.

I would suggest you to consult your physician for proper management of these medical disorders as well.

I wish you well.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
