Question: I have dark strap marks on my shoulders. how can I get rid of these marks?

I have my marriage in 3 months from now.

I have attached images.
Please help to get rid of these marks.

I have heard few side effects of using melalite XL cream as it contains hydroquinone. Is there any other substitute cream or is it safe to use the melalite xl cream?

Also how long should I use this cream?

Melalite xl has side effects if it is used for years.
Using it for few months will not harm you.
Other alternatives are kojic acid and glycolic acid but these are less effective.
You should use it for at least 3 months.
