Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns about ongoing smoking.

The best way to stop smoking is to have the willingness and motivation to carry forward your will. You need to believe that yes you can do it and you will dot. I have seen people that the chances of quitting is highest for individuals with highest level of motivation.

There is nothing called impossible when it comes to substance deaddcition and smoking is one one among them. You may argue that you find it difficult, develop that symptom and others but I like to assure you that they are just transient problems and not going to stay with you forever.

Few of the individuals get some withdrawal symptoms that can be controlled by over the counter available nicotine gums, patches, lozenges and others. If you smoke every hour or more that option of 4 mg should be considered every two to four hours. In case the frequency of smoking is low 2 mg nicotine supplements can be considered.

In extreme cases you may need to see a psychiatrist for prescription of medications which reduce the craving such Chantix, wellbutrin among others.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards
