Question: I am ellergic to dust, hard smells. I start sneezing badly. Is citrizene good? For how long I should take?

Best treatment of allergy is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
So in your case best treatment is avoidance of dust and hard Smell.
Antihistamine and anti allergic drugs are treatment of choice.
Levocetrizine is better antihistamine than cetrizine.
So better to take levocetrizine instead of cetrizine.
Combination of montelukast (anti allergic) and levocetrizine (antihistamine) is more superior than levocetrizine alone.
Any yes you can take this for long duration.
You can take for 1 month and then gradually taper down over 2-3 months.
