Suggest Ways To Loose Weight Without Loosing Muscles

Question: I want to lose weight, so i am jogging, but i don't want to lose muscle but i want to gain muscle, I don't want to do steroids, i am having a hard time building muscle, what helps build muscle, anything you can recommend, vitamins, protein shakes, something that will work, or something that my doctor can recommend me?

Well, looking into your problem, I would like to tell you that for building muscle, isometric exercises are the best when they are carried out against resistance. For this, high protein intake will be helpful but protein shakes are not recommended as they have high amounts of protein which can take a toll on kidney functions. So better to go for natural methods like increasing pulses, eggs and cutting carbohydrates.

Plus I would also recommend taking one multivitamin tablet daily like Capsule Becosule. Steroids don't build muscles, instead they weaken it plus lead to osteoporosis and weakening of bones.

Concentrate on resistance training that will build your muscles.

Yes, all these are rich sources of protein plus spinach and pulses are also recommended.

Resistance training exercises are done with weights and depends on the part of muscles that need to be exercised. So a physical trainer will be a good person to tell you that, according to the muscles group which you need to bulk up.
