Brief Answer:
Yes, immunity helps in protection against H1N1.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Yes, you are right about protection against H1N1 with good immunity.
No need for any fear of H1N1 as it is simple influenza viral infection. It only aggravates in certain conditions, like pregnancy, diabetes, extremes of age, underlying lung diseases, low immunity status etc.
So if you are healthy , not having above mentioned conditions and having good immunity then no need to worry much for H1N1.
To improve your immune system, follow these steps.
1. Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.
2. Start green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
3. Avoid junk food.
4. Drink milk twice daily.
5. Avoid stress and tension.
6. You can start multivitamin and anti oxidant tablets.
For H1N1 specifically
1. Avoid unnecessary hospital visits.
2. Wear mask in public places.
3. Consult doctor if you have fever, cough, sore throat and breathing difficulty.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
