Suggest Treatment To Increase Endometrial Lining Thickness

Question: I am aged 40 years 5 months; 153cm height and 59KG weight. I am undergoing infertility treatment and my doctor has suggested ICSI. Through two attempts, they collected total 8 eggs and have four very high quality embryos. Embryos created in November 2014. Tried embryo transfer in December 2014 by taking progynova tablets but the endo thickness maximum was 6.2. Then took a break and from March 1st 2015 onwards I have been taking tablet Trental. My LMP was on 3rd March 2015. From the 7th day of periods, I am taking progynova tablets. Endo thickness was 7mm on 17th march. When scanned today, there is no increase or decrease. It is same 7mm. Therefore doctor did grafeel infusion to uterus and increased Progynova tablet dosage. Today (21Mar2015) I started progynova dosage 4-5-4-5 orally and 2-2-2-2 PV. Would like to take a second opinion that:

(1) What would be the right Progynova dosage in my case. In the event of taking progynova in next cycle, your advise will be useful.
(2) My next scanning is on 26th March when it will be my 24th day of period. Is it okay to do FET on or after 25th day of periods?
(3) Is there any other medication that I can take along with current one.
(4) Can Grafeel infusion help increasing endo thickness? (I have a triple layer morphologically fine endo though the thickness is low).

I understand your concerns about endometrial thickness.

Following is my reply:

1. Progynova 2 mg 4 times a day is good enough.

2. You can take tablet primiwal vaginally instead of Progynova as this contains estradiol with Sildenafil and helps endometrium.

3. FET should not be done after 20th day .

4. You can start argiprime XXXXXXX and ecsprin 75 mg tablet one daily.

5. Grafeel helps in some women. Its worth the effort.

Thank you for the reply and the information is very useful.

Today is my 19th day of periods and my doctor advised to do a scanning on 26th march when it will be my 24th day of period. You have advised FET should not be done after day 20. Under this case, is there any point in continuing Progynova ? Should I ask my doctor about the logic of doing embryo transfer after 24th day of period? Is this a matter of worry ?
