Suggest Treatment For Wounds From A Dog-bite Despite Using Soframycin Cream

Question: Hi my own pet dog bit me through a cotton cloth while i was cleaning his eyes and face. It was not a direct bite. The dog is fully vaccinated. Still wanted to make sure what should be my immediate plan of action for the wound. The wound is on the thumb, there has been some bleeding. I have washed it with water and soap and has applied soframycin cream. Please suggest.
