Brief Answer:
Calamine, fusidic acid plus clobetasol

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Topical calamine lotion should help with the itching and inflammation. The lesions need to be examined. If they are in the form of open sores then antibiotics may be required. If there is urticaria pattern then oral antihistamines such as hydroxyzine would be the better option. Clobetasol propionate can be combined with fusidic acid to apply on the lesions.
