Question: i am a 55 year old female with fibromayalgia , after being prescribed lyirica I woke up dizzy in the mornings and no relief. next I was prescribed cymbalta i got mild relief but then it stopped working. now I am trying to get off it and its hell with severe brain buzz and at times I want to throw up and I can't sleep. I made the mistake of stop taking the pill, but after 5 days I could not stand the pain and took a pill..

What to do to get off this stuff? Help

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Withdrawal from cymbalta or any drug acting on central nervous system can be problematic. Unfortunately there is not any perfect solution to guarantee that withdrawal symptoms won't happen.
The only way is to withdraw gradually, not stop cold turkey. So depending on what dosage you were under you should not interrupt it right away but reduce the dosage very gradually, lowering it every 2-4 weeks until complete interruption. If a dose modification makes the symptoms reappear then you return to previous dosage for a couple more weeks and then try reducing again.
