Question: I saw some white spots on penis head for three days and some spots on penus foreskin. I had an unprotected sex about 2 weeks and worried of any STD or HIV. Please help. Now the spots on the penis became red and I don't feel any itchy or irritating or inflammations

Brief Answer:
Possibilities of non STD lesions are more.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Sometimes white spots over penis have no clinical importance. They are called as pearly penile papule. Another two white spots on either side of frenum pf foreskin are opening of smegma secreting glands, visible with some individuals. They are also not a thing to be worried. We used have a close observation only after some sort of sexual activity and became anxious. Some spots over the outer aspects of foreskin also of no clinical importance are called as Fordy's spots, nothing but ectopic sweat glands.
If it turns reddish means there may be some infection or allergic reaction. If you can upload the pictures in this site we can have more discussions. Anyhow you had unprotected exposure. It is better to have a blood work out for HIV/STD and rule out the same after appropriate time with a guidelines of a physician.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of yeast and warts to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
It is not fit with PPP, or smegma glands opening or Fordy's spots. It might be due to yeast infection. Early genital warts also will look like this.
Consult a Dermatologist. Close examination will reveal the diagnosis.
