Brief Answer:
Recurrent aphthous ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query; it suggest that your daughter maybe suffering from the recurrent aphthous ulcer.

In this condition I personally suggest multivitamin syrup twice a day with hydrogen peroxide mouth wash.

For better diagnosis send me image of that white sore and go for throat swab for microbial culture.

I also advise to go for serum vitamin and minerals level.

Thanks

Wait for swab result

I have gone through your follow up query and image; and suggest you that wait for swab result.
If swab result is negative then your daughter may go for some immunological test and biopsy if needed.

Thanks
