Brief Answer:
Obstructive sleep apnea

Detailed Answer:
Okay. Please post me the thyroid blood works after the appointment. Your weight is excess for your height. Probably that may be contributing to snoring and sleep apnea. This causes excess day time sleepiness and tiredness. When you meet your doctor next week, please request for a sleep study.

You need to meet a dietician. Analyse your diet.adiet.Reduce carbohydrates as much as possible. Have a light and early dinner
