Question: I have no problem getting a erection and stays rigid but the base seems or acts like its broken since the erect penis can easily be moved side to side in fact to easily like its broken and it difficult to preform intercouse

Based on the facts that you have posted you are getting Erection hard enough to penetrate vagina during sexual intercourse however there is weakness at the base of the penis which prevents to have enjoyable sex .
