Brief Answer:
Stop dermarest; Do cold compression

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query.

I can understand your concern for warts on penis and redness after application of dermarest.

After reading your query and correlating with the picture I can make out that there is deep redness at the penile skin. I can make out that you have applied dermarest over the warts which has actually caused irritation over the penile area. The first and foremost thing is to stop applying dermarest as it can cause further aggravation of the condition.

I request you to kindly tell important points:

- The diagnosis of the warts was given by a dermatologist or you made it by yourself.

- Accordingly, is the dermarest medication given by a dermatologist or you are applying it as self application.

To help you best I request you to upload few more good resolution pictures of your warty area so that I can analyze it better. For uploading the pictures you have a facility on the right side of the page or can send on:

For the time being period you can do cold compression with a towel soaked in cold water. In my patients with your kind of problem I prefer to give a pain killer tablet such as paracetamol and antihistamine such as "loratadine" to reduce the pain and itching sensation.

Hope to hear soon form your side.
