Brief Answer:
I would like to give some antiemetic

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query

I can understand your concern.
Most likely cause of this vomiting and loose stool is some gastroenteritis.
Fever may or may not be associated.
It's good to know that you are keeping an eye over his hydration status and supplementing fluids.
I don't think this is related to your gestational diabetes or to the formula milk.
I would like to give some antiemetic like domperidone to stop the vomiting and to improve his oral acceptance. This is a prescription medicine so please get it prescribed by a physician.
It may take 4-6 days for the stool to get back to its normal pattern. The main aim of management is to improve the oral acceptance and to supplement ongoing loss by providing plenty of fluids.
It would be better to give ORS to avoid any electrolyte imbalance.
Giving zinc helps in early recovery.
Observe for decreased urinary output, poor oral acceptance, excess irritable or lethargy and if you notice any consult your doctor immediately.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Wishing for your baby's speedy recovery.
Regards
