Question: my sperm can't produce for yr, Could this be a permanent damage on thw body or something, pls advise

Hi,

I saw the semen analysis report. It's very low at 6.8 millions per ml.This could be the reason why you are facing infertility problem.

You need to undergo ICSI ( intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) procedure to get pregnancy. Thus is in an advanced form of IVF.
