Brief Answer:
Probably benign, can be confirmed by tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
If you passed out while you were standing for some time or when you were under stress, it is quite normal to have a vasovagal syncope. There is nothing to worry about that.
Your heart skipping a beat is a benign arrhythmia in most instances and is due to atrial or ventricular ectopics. These and the bubbles in the stomach can be anxiety related if you are passing through a stressful period.
If you are worried about your heart, there are tests and monitoring to know what the abnormal rhythm is and whether it is benign or needs to be treated.
