Brief Answer:
Oral antihistamine, stream inhalation, xylometazoline spray

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query. From what I understand you feel the air that you breathe feels cold all the way upto the throat.
Based on the information, it appears that you are having upper respiratory tract infection with post nasal drip. Post nasal drip may cause this cold sensation.

In this instance, it would be worthwhile to get your nose and sinus examined by a doctor. He/she may order for a diagnostic nasal endoscopy to see any chronic source of infection.
I would be intereted to know if
you also have a sore throat?
Do you have sinusitis?
Is there any history of allergies?

In the interim I would recommend you
1. Drink plenty of water, especially warm, drink at regular intervals.
2. Steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil 3 to four times a day.
3. Instead of saline nasal spray, use decongestant Nasal spray like xylometazoline.
4. Wash your face with warm water in night before going to bed and gently blow your nose.
5. Take over the counter oral antihistamine like ceterizine.
6. Drinking warm lemon water with honey may also help soothe a sore throat. You can also try lozenges like strepsils and cofsils which will also be helpful.

Try this measures you should be fine.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care
