Brief Answer:
Suggestions for dealing with upper gastrointestinal gas:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Is this an ongoing problem or just one that you are having today?

I would be cautious about drinking aloe vera juice as it can cause diarrhea.

Consider the old remedy of baking soda and water.

Sparkling water can sometimes help this too.

If you are interested in trying an over-the-counter, and if the only problem is a feeling of gas pressure, you can try simethicone (Gas X) which breaks up gas into smaller amounts, relieving the symptoms.

If you want to try the aloe-cranberry juice, there is no medical recommendation for dosage, but I can share folk remedy on preparation and use:

Peel off the rind of an aloe leaf with a sharp knife. Make sure you remove the yellow layer just beneath the outer surface since this contains aloin—a form of anthraquinone which might irritate the gut. Once you’ve got the entire outer layer out, wash the gel with clean water using a strainer. Put the clear gel in your blender with a glass of cranberry juce. Have it up to twice a day, although I suggest starting with a half glass once a day until you see how your body tolerates it. You can also add honey or apple juice to taste, to make it more palatable.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
