Suggest Treatment For Tolerance Towards Adderall

Question: I've been taking 90mgs of adderall daily i started out at 30 mgs once a day but because of continued use grown tolerant to it. is it possible for my tolerance to be lowered down to what it once was and if so will my tolerance come back quicker the next time?

Also will taking ritalin interfere with regaining my sensitivity to adderall.

That dose you have been taking is higher than the maximum therapeutic dosage. This kind of abuse creates tolerance and addiction.
