Question: Hello I have small tiny bumps on my right ear. The ear feels hot and it's read and swollen.

-do you have any other symptoms like fever, sore throat, ear discharge ?
-Where exactly are these bumps located ? Are they on the pinna, behind the ear or inside the ear.

No fever, woke up with a sore throat though. Andnother ear seems to be forming some as well.

Though the images uploaded are not very clear, Based on your description and the history, it appears to be an infective cause, most likely folliculitis.

Antibiotics like ampicillin + cloxacillin or augmentin can be advised for a week. Most likely , it will resolve. Consult your GP to advise the medications after examining the area.
