Question: I have tinnitus caused by exposure to music, ngoing back a few years,,,,It comes after I'm playing music even not to loud any more I gave up rock bands ,then I wait and after days or weeks it will go from loud to quiet,,I've been stuck mode for a week since I was in bands studio recording with head phones, ringing ear pain noise sensitivity ,it wasn't loud but I was there 4 hours,,,,and I wasn't wearing plugs I thought I wad out of any danger but the next day I could feel that ear pain ringing brain fog ;(. I'm a little bummed ,I'm a big Starbucks coffee drinker and a couple drinks later every day ,I know doesn't help ,I'll just have to listen to my sound therapy at nite and pray it goes back down so I can play quiet music again,,,I have an anxiety disorder in me which exacerbates this too, I'm not to depressed but anxious this will go away again

Brief Answer:
Sensorineural hearing loss

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that you have sensorineural hearing loss which is associated with the tinnitus that you mention. You need to get an audiometry done. Depending on the results further treatment can be planned. However, medicines like betahistine and cinnarizine should provide relief. Discuss with your doctor.
