Brief Answer:
Tinnitus with hearing loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Tinnitus with hearing loss is suggestive of neural loss. It is very common in persons who are continuously exposed to loud noises causing noise induced hearing loss.
Please get a pure tone audiometry done and send me the report. Continue with your hearing aid but get them rechecked as they might need recalibration.
Tinnitus is more perceived in hearing loss. These both can aggravate if the noise exposure is continued. If you can't leave your job, try using good quality ear plugs that even military officials use while training for arms. That can help you but best is to change the profession.
Take tablet vitamin b12 1500 micrograms once daily
Take tablet cinnarizine two times a day
all the medicines I prescribed are available only on prescription.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Thanks and regards
