Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Feet

Question: ...been dealing with extreme foot paresthesia for months....MRI's, blood work, etc....nothing...just found out I have Herpes 2...taking Acyclovir.....possible?

.....no diabetes.....fasting blood glucose avg. 85-90, A1C 5.5......trust me....between Brain MRI, cervical spine MRI, Chest CT, ekg, MULTIPLE blood tests (including B-12), cholesterol 152 I've HAD THEM ALL......normal.....I'm starting to get irritated that no answers have been found....CONSTANT paresthesia, in feet and around mouth....I feel fine....also, BP avg. 110/70; pulse ox 98.....any other suggesyions??

Brief Answer:
EMG should be done as the next step.

Detailed Answer:
Paresthesia is a symptom which clearly indicates nerve issue. Nerve gives paresthesia when it does not get proper blood flow or is compressed on any level.
All mentioned tests do not detect any nerve compression below the spine. There is a test which can detect such compression. It is EMG. I suggest you to have it done as a next step.
If your feet get cold quite often, or you do have also calf pain while walking, arteries ultrasound should be also done.
