Suggest Treatment For Tibia Pain, Weakness And Memory Loss

Question: Hi,

Question: I am feeling weakness and memory loss issue since few months. Also suffering from Pain in tibia bone while running. What to do with my diet plan, do I need to avoid heavy gym?

I was a non-vegitarian, mostly chicken, fish and egg. Suddenly I left eating non-veg food and completely turn in vegitarian even no egg. I do exercise but light exercise 4 dyas in week.

My diet plan for now:
Breakfast: 3 chapaatis and vegitable(mostly potatos), a cup of tea also

Lunch: rice, vegitable, pulses(daal) curd(sometime)

Evening: Tea

Dinner: 4 chapatis or rice, pulses(daal)

But I am working in IT Company so working in shifts (morning, evening, night), So starting of month I take 2 to 3 days in adjusting my diet accordingily.

Also, facing some stress problem due to study and job but not so big.

I got married in Feb 2015.

My medical History:

I had been gone through 2 operation for kideny stone and suffering from regular kidney stone.
I have also problem of hair fall so since last year I am taking homeophty treatment.
And since a year I an also suffering from boils in summer season frequently.

The symptoms you are experiencing are due to variety of problems I noticed in your lifestyle and history.

You are under lot of stress due to your work hours, studies and stress of recent marriage.

This is taking a toll on your health and you should adapt to this stress and changes with positive thinking and healthier lifestyle.

The reason you may be having kidney stones frequently is because of lack of adequate hydration. You need to console atleast 1. 5 to 2 litres of water daily.

Eat a dirty rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Eat nuts like walnut, almonds for vitality. Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol, ghee, butter and other fatty food. Avoid junk food, colas.

Perform Yoga or Pranayam everyday to stay stress free. Perform daily 45 minutes cardio exercise like brisk walking in the free time.

Take each problem and try to solve them step by step and avoid taking tension. Try to get enough sleep about 6 to 8 hours daily. Never compromise on this.

Get Your Serum Vitamin D and Calcium levels assessed XXXXXXX consulting your Doctor to rule out deficiency which can also cause weakness and also rule out other disorders.
