Posted on Thu, 4 Feb 2016
Question: I have a throbbing pain in my head when I; stand up, bend over and get back up and get out of bed etc. I have been getting stomachs aches now and again and having to go to the toilet a lot most of the time to pee. The head throbbing comes now and again. This all started about 3 days ago after I went running and pushed myself to hard I think. Please help thank-you!

Brief Answer:
Suggestive of vascular headache.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms, which are suggestive of vascular headache. This tends to get aggravated with physical exertion.

We also need to exclude a urinary tract infection (UTI), in view of increased frequency of urination. This can be done by getting a complete urine examination done.

For now, you can take naproxen or ibuprofen tablets. You should get better in a few days.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
