Brief Answer:
You may have good relief with physiotherapy along with Matrix therapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have read your query,

I will advise you latest repeat MRI and Ultrasonography to see healing.

You may have good relief with physiotherapy like IFT [Interferential therapy] and TENS [Transcutaneous electro stimulation] along with Matrix therapy.
So if possible you can start that.

You can wait for a month more for good healing.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.

I attached it. I think. I almost didnt have the MRI because i was feeling better and back to tennis, cycling etc. so im kind of caught off guard by all this. Is it ok for me to golf and cycle with this injury? Im not having any hamstring issues. Just left hip pain and pain with sitting for long periods of time .

Brief Answer:
YOU MAY REQUIRE SURGERY FOR TENDON REPAIR

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have seen your MRI report,
You may require surgery for tendon repair as it is full thickness tear.

You can play golf but avoid cycling.
