General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

If you have slurring of speech along with dizziness than you should be alert and consult a nearby physician immediately for detailed evaluation.

It can be a transient ischemic attack or some cardiological cause. For that CT brain and EKG can be done.

Your throat should be checked for any lump if present.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
