Brief Answer:
It could be Hernia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As per your description, it looks like umbilical hernia.
Initially, it appears in standing position or when you cough .There will be small defect (hole)beneath the bellybutton. Abdominal content like Fat or small bowel will be entering through the defect and will be seen as a bulge.Once you lie down, the contents go inside and the swelling disappears.
Ultrasound abdomen will confirm the diagnosis.
There is no medical treatment for any hernia. Surgery has to be done.
Please consult a General surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
