Suggest Treatment For Swollen Painful Joints

Question: Swelling, pain and redness in all my joints. Was on prednisone for 16 days and off for 4 days. Symptoms came back and dr put me on Prednisone for an extended time but stopped working after 2 days. Whats going on? Blood tests showed high levels but I don't know of what. Wjhere should I go now?

Seems you are suffering from multiple joint pain - Polyarthritis. It can be due to autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, gout, inflammatory diseases like SLE, bursitis, fibromyalgia, etc.
To pinpoint the diagnosis, complete physical examination and investigations like complete blood counts, ESR, RA factor, CRP, serum uric acid, serum creatinine, X-ray and MRI joints from a rheumatologist are needed.
