Brief Answer:
When as this water ingested?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear what happened to your son. Please, when did he ingest this water and how long after that did you notice these swellings? Are they painful? It is unlikely that soon after ingesting water this will develop. Also, ingesting stagnant water alone is unlikely to cause swollen lymph nodes. My thinking is that your increased curiosity and worried mind state might have led to this. Is he having a fever? Also, upload an image for review.

I hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience and do promise to respond promptly. With the above responses, I will be able to provide a thorough and personalized response with helpful insights. I simply don’t want to go ahead and give a generic and somewhat not helpful response to you.

Brief Answer:
I am so sorry for the late response!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This is unlikely to be caused by this stagnant water that your son ingested. I will suggest that the doctors evaluate him fully to identify a possible cause of infection. And also what are the temperature readings? Is he playful, eats happy and looks well or is he ill looking?

Let me know what the responses are. Also, how is he doing at this time?
