Brief Answer:
It's wasp bite reaction;Nothing to panic

Detailed Answer:
Hi madam.Thanks for your query.

Eyelid swelling(allergic/wasp bite reaction) is due to release of certain substances(histamine) into the blood.I am glad that the swelling has not increased.I would suggest to-
Watch for the swelling over the next two to three days.It will subside by itself.
Take a booster dose of tetanus toxoid injection.
Take Tab.Ibuprofen 400mg after food twice daily. This alleviates pain and swelling.Available over the counter.
Local application of ice pack will reduce the swelling.
Nothing to panic. He shall get well soon.

Hope this helps.
