Brief Answer:
Cellulitis

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
You seem to have developed Cellulitis following a stung. Initially there is an allergic reaction followed by infection of the leg, if not treated.
This infection of leg is cellulitis and can become a serious issue.
I would advice you to see your doctor, who would prescribe you antibiotics like Amoxycillin for the same. I prefer to add a local antibiotic cream like Mupiriocin for the same.
Anti inflammatory pain killers like a combination of Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase helps greatly.
For itching, anti allergics like Levocetrizine helps. Also, get your blood sugars tested.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
