Brief Answer:
Amlodipine is the likely culprit

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Of all the medication you have mentioned, amlodipine is known to cause edema ( swelling in the legs ) due to water retention . So reconsidering a change or decrease in the dose of medication with supplement of another group of anti hypertensive should resolve your problem. However a amlodipine does not cause chest fluid accumulation as you say . So other cause like decrease in hemoglobin, protein ( albumin ) , kidney function and heart pumping may result in fluid retention and swelling and may a contributing factor to your overall status.

Hoping I could help
