Brief Answer:
You may be having a swelling in the ear

Detailed Answer:
Hello

From your history it looks like that you may be having a swelling of the lining of the external ear canal , which may be causing the uneasiness.

This is very common in people who swim , due to infected water or excessive chlorine in the pool.

I would like you to stop swimming for a week or two , and to avoid water entering your ear. I would also advice you to not to use any q tips.

I would also start tablet cetrizine 10 mg at night. It will reduce the swelling and give you some relief. In addition I would also like you to start an antibiotic with steroid combination ear drops , which will reduce the swelling and take care of any infection that may set in. Ciprofloxacin-d is an example of such drops. Your local doctor will know about these medicines. He/she can instruct you about the frequency and duration of treatment.

If you are not relieved by 2 days ,I would like you to meet your ent doctor , to find out what may be the cause for the uneasiness and further guidance.

Thanks
