Brief Answer:
Probably an allergy or reaction to insect bites!

Detailed Answer:
HI and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this rash that you have reported. I have reviewed the image fully and it is very suggestive of an allergy. This could be caused by insect bites or contact with an allergen in the environment. The mild fever is possible explained by the inflammatory reaction by the body to this irritation. I will recommend benadryl to control the symptoms and besides, are there no itches associated with this rash?

I hope this helps. I wish your daughter well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
These are wheals!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The features of this rash are typical of wheals. This is typical for allergic reactions. I will suggest that you get her on Benadryl. This is not very suggestive of bruising because of the inflammatory ring around the central red spot. However, am a bit surprised they are not itchy.

In all, get her benadryl and see the doctor if there is no improvement with 24hours.

I wish you both well.
