Brief Answer:
Probably nothing to worry about.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

If you didn't experienced other symptoms other than lightheadedness and dizziness, probably there was a temporary lowering of blood pressure.

This is more likely the cause of the symptoms if you changed your body position from laying or sitting to standing.

Other possible explanations include any viral infection lately, any alcohol or drugs use the night before.

Rest and staying well hydrated for a couple of days should improve your condition.

If symptoms persist for more than a couple of days, get evaluated by your primary care Doctor.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
